CONTEST RULES:

To participate complete this entry form and correctly answer the skill testing question. Send all information along with the UPC code or facsimile of any Milan Spa Olive product (see address below). All correctly answered entries will be entered into a random draw for a chance to win one of the five (5) Milan Spa Weekend Getaways for one (1) adult. Prizes valued at approximately $700.00 each. Winners will be notified by mail. Contest closes June 30, 2007 and all entries must be post-marked before this date. Winners will be selected randomly at 11:00 am on July 16, 2007. One entry per household. Must be age of majority to enter. Prize must be accepted as awarded without any substitution. The weekend getaway has to be taken during 2007. National holiday periods excluded. No purchase necessary. Quebec residents may submit any dispute respecting the conduct and awarding of prizes in this contest to the Regie des alcools des courses et des jeux du Quebec.
